Online Documentation Export

This is not an article about trade exported, but more about export documentation. Many documentation efforts require assistance from a third-party service agency. These third-party agencies offer specialized pricing for converting data initially collected in a B2C environment produced by a B2B vendor. Examples of these agencies include auditing organizations, procurement-hire-office providers, payment information providers, and shipping and logistics information providers. Most international trade activities are also enhanced by the Joint Research and Markets Information Center (J REG). These agencies use a huge number of markets in which they provide data. For instance, in the United States, four core market operators comprise the following markets (with the sites are also combined in the Hatestone database):

Customer-to-customer: This market creates deals where the customer makes a ‘call-to-action to their independent telephone company (PTC) or corporate customer service center (CPS), which then completes the transaction. In this model, the PTC purchases products or services from a B2C (Business-to-consumer) partner, and the CPS fills the order with a price. In some cases, the charge is not completed, but even still, the transaction is completed.

Enterprise-to-enterprise: A B2C commercial partner who operates an internet store and other large retail outlets on the internet, offers regular price maintenance and some form of RIO (Reward-like appropriateness) to Internet customers or customers of US-based Internet retail stores. At the enterprise level, enterprise to enterprise transactions provide the most typical due diligence and customer services.

Entering business partnerships with established partner companies involves much more than merely seeking quotations from the specific partner. At the enterprise level, the enterprise-to-enterprise exchange of information and/or material between enterprise-to-enterprise partners are included in the activities documented by J REG in the participating Engineered Commerce group, the company with the Analytics software package and their partner. J REG now believes that additional and improved documentation is necessary to ensure that this valuable information is effectively used, appropriately used, and in the best way possible. One of the biggest problems is that currently vendors (TNS, Shared Benefits, and others) allocate more and more resources to the generation of reports, but tend to ignore customer transactions’ collection and analysis. Some have had remarkable success, but others have failed, and in many cases the problems have been with client-company communication. We do believe that a provider-customer relationship at the enterprise level will eventually be as necessary as a B2C relationship in many cases.

The bottom line is this. Unless the supply chain doesn’t work the way it does now, which is not the case, a B2C or enterprise-to-enterprise relationship may be essential. However, in some cases, specifically with new customers and other businesses, it may be necessary to expedite paperwork to complete transactions efficiently, finding its way to the B2C to enterprise interface. eBay, considered the best technology customer engagement program for the Internet retailing industry, is regarded as a severe industry factor and a conduit for growth with current total repeat customers.
